Who we are
Deduction Buddy is offered by Heyseed Shop LLC (“Heyseed,” “we,” “us”). Contact: hello@heyseed.shop.
What we collect
When you submit the download form, we collect:
- Your email address
- Your brand name
- UTM parameters from the page URL (if present), so we can tell which channel sent you
- A consent timestamp when you agree to the Terms and emails
We do not ask for your UNFI credentials, deduction reports, supplier agreements, or pricing on this page.
Where that data lives
Form submissions are stored in Brevo (our email and contact platform). We use them to send your download link, plugin-update notices, and occasional Heyseed.shop emails. We do not sell your contact information.
What we do not collect from the plugin
Deduction Buddy runs inside your own Claude workspace. Your deduction reports, supplier agreement, pricing, and other brand files never touch Heyseed’s servers. Plugin usage data is not collected by us.
Emails and unsubscribe
Every marketing or update email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us to update or delete your contact record.
